Bunnies

The Bunnies Room (2–3 years) is a space for exploration, imagination, and growing independence. Learning here is often messy and hands-on, with children given opportunities to fully immerse themselves in small group activities and creative play. As imagination blossoms, children begin inventing their own games, stories, and ways of learning together.

Self-help skills and independence are a strong focus in this room. Educators encourage children to take the lead, stepping in with gentle support only when needed. This balance is made possible by the meaningful relationships educators have built with each child, allowing them to understand when a child is ready to try on their own and when they may need help.

While the Bunnies follow a flexible routine, the day remains child-led, with plenty of time for play, small group experiences, and moments of curiosity sparked by the children themselves. Educators read stories, sing songs, and create opportunities for group connection, supporting early language and social skills.
